Open League Summer Bootcamps: Recap
13 IRL bootcamps for developers by TON Society. How it was?
From May 24 to June 9, over the course of three weeks, TON Society hosted 13 IRL bootcamps in Prague, Berlin, Belgrade, Warsaw, Kyiv, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Minsk, Seoul, Hong Kong, Taipei, Gurugram, and Tbilisi to support The Open League Hackathon organized by TON Foundation.
Over 2,000 hackers from 350 projects attended three-day bootcamps all over the world filled with development, learning, networking, pitching, new friendships, and a lot of fun.
During these days, passionate TON developers mingled, formed teams, absorbed insightful presentations from expert speakers, invested countless hours in creating their products, and finally showcased their work to a jury which selected the top 3 projects in each city to share the prize pool.
Participants tackled developing Telegram Mini Apps across four tracks — the same ones featured in the global TON hackathon: GameFi, SocialFi, DeFi, and eCommerce.
After the winners were announced, it was time to let loose and celebrate at a well-deserved party, capping off the intense and rewarding days of development.
We were absolutely happy to see so many worldwide creative minds united by the idea of Web3 at our bootcamps! Some participants even brought their entire families, including their pets.
During the bootcamps, over 1K applications were submitted for The Open League Hackathon — TON’s largest hackathon with a $2M prize pool.
TON is becoming the hottest ecosystem for project launches. Are you ready for an explosion of new projects?
Let's relive the excitement by diving into the highlights of each bootcamp!
